In addition, I have experience working with adults and youth with intellectual and physical disabilities and with the foster care and legal system. I provide non-medical supervision and support in the home. Each visit could include obtaining vital signs, safety checks, medication management and socialization. I can assist with light housekeeping, pet care and meal preparation. Will provide support in obtaining additional services if needed, such as home health, physical or occupational therapy or speaking with a licensed therapist I can assist with medical equipment including oxygen, CPAP’s and helping to obtain DME’s.
I can schedule medical appointments, provide transportation for errands or to medical appointments, coordinate care and be an advocate between specialists. Can be a liaison with family as requested. This could include after hours and weekend visits as availability allows.
Additional services could include MPOA, guardianship and emergency backup for families. I can offer after hours and weekend services such as transportation for medical appointments, nocturnal sleep studies, transportation for surgeries or hospital discharges.
I do not bill insurance and all services are private pay and will be billed monthly. My services are inclusive as I do not charge mileage or for brief conversations, by verbal, text or email, with client or family.

I provide services specifically for non-emergent transportation. This can include for medical appointments, personal appointments, and errands as needed. Van is handicapped and wheelchair accessible.
